a zero-waste, hypoallergenic fruit shell that naturally cleanses your clothing and delicate vessels without harsh chemicals. despite the name, soap nuts are entirely a fruit shell harvested from the sapindus mukorossi tree. they contain zero actual tree nut allergens, making them 100% safe for those with nut allergies.

usage: place 4–6 soap nuts into a small muslin or mesh wash bag (or an old sock tied with a knot) and toss directly into your washing machine drum with your laundry. safe for all fabrics (including silk, wool, and cloth diapers) and both standard and he washing machines. reuse the same nuts for 4–6 loads of laundry until they turn thin and grey. can also be simmered in water to create a liquid base for washing cars, shampooing hair, or cleaning delicate glass and ceramic teapots.
