due to the intimate, artisan, and small-batch nature of our house formulas and curated goods, all sales are final. we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any loose-leaf teas, elixirs, skincare products, or ritual accessories. if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect from transit, please contact our studio within forty-eight hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the exterior and interior package so we can make it right and support your space. thank you for your understanding as we honor safety first.
